It is licensed by the National Insurance Commission to provide intermediary services in all classes of Life and General Insurance Business.
Incorporated in Nigeria on July 20, 2023, under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 1990 with Registration Number RC -7069751 Elsa Quest Insurance Brokers Limited was licensed to render insurance broking services, especially in the area of risk management where it has developed so many competencies over years and has built an exceptional reputation as an efficient and innovative Insurance and Risk Management experts whose services are benchmarked against global best practices.
Being a customer-centric organization that continuously innovates and develops ways of helping our teaming clients in the risk-filled life of a business, Elsa Quest Insurance Brokers Limited has backed its competencies with a professional indemnity insurance cover to the tune of Five Hundred Million Naira Only (N500,000,000.00). This amount is far in excess of the regulatory requirement of Ten million naira only (N10,000,000.00)

Paulinus Oluchukwu Offorzor:
Is a graduate of insurance from The Institute of Management and Technology, Enugu. He equally holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics (B.Sc. (Hons) from Imo State University, Owerri, and a Masters in Business Administration (MBA) majoring in Insurance and Risk Management from Esut Business School. He is an Associate Member of the under-listed professional bodies:
- Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigeria (ACIIN)
- The Certified Pension Institute of Nigeria (CPIN)
- Chartered Institute of Administration (CIA)
He started his insurance career with Intercontinental Assurance Co Ltd in 1995 and has worked in several other companies within the insurance industry. Mr. Offorzor was the General Manager / Chief Executive Officer of Generation Insurance Brokers Limited and later joined Universal Insurance Plc where he grew to the rank of Executive Director, Technical Operations before joining Elsa Quest Insurance Brokers Limited.
He is married with children.
ADESALU ADEBODUN FASIU
Is a graduate of Building Technology from The Polytechnic Ilaro. A native of Abeokuta in Ogun State of Nigeria, Adebodun is a Property development specialist who specializes in all forms of building and civil works.
Before establishing his own Building and Civil construction outfit known as DEEZ CONCEPTS NIGERIA LIMITED, Adebodun worked in various capacities in the following organizations

Ogun Property and Investment Company Limited
Adebodun who loves Reading, Travelling, and Philanthropic acts is happily married with children

Seth Epelle
Is a seasoned insurance professional with over 20 years of experience and verifiable record performance in Branch Operations, Sales, Underwriting, Claims Management, Client Service, Business Strategy, and Development. He first ventured into insurance during his National Youth Service in 1995 with Nigeria Reinsurance Corporation. He joined the services of Niger Insurance Plc in 2000 and worked in various units under the technical and marketing directorate of the organization where he rose through the ranks to become a Regional Manager, Unit Head of Branch Operations, Head South-South/South-East regions, pioneer Head, Client Service department, Head Business Development, Head Southern Operations, and Head Marketing.
Seth Epelle graduated from the University of Calabar with a Bachelor of Science degree in 1995, holds an Advanced Diploma in Insurance and Risks Management from the prestigious West African Insurance Institute, Banjul, The Gambia where he came out with a distinction, and the best graduating student in 2003. He bagged a Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) from the University of Port-Harcourt, specializing in Management.
He is an associate of the following professional bodies:
- Chartered Insurance Institute of Nigerian (CIIN)
- National Institute of Marketing of Nigeria (NIMN)
- Nigeria Institute of Management.
He has attended several courses/seminars at both local and international levels.
He is married and blessed with children. His hobbies/special interests include reading, football, table tennis, and assisting physically challenged children.
Uchenna Azuka Nwosu
Is a seasoned banker with over 18 years of experience. She is a graduate of the University of Port Harcourt where she bagged a Bachelor of Science (BSc Hons) in Economics. She also is a Master’s Degree holder (Msc) in Labor and Employment Studies from the prestigious University of Lagos.
Uchenna Azuka Nwosu is an associate member of the under-listed professional bodies

Uchenna started her banking career with the now defunct Intercontinental Bank Plc from where she moved to Access Bank of Nigeria Plc where she works to date.

Mr. Donatus worked with Skivetech Technologies as a Website Developer/Graphics artist and later Technical and Operation Manager. He also worked as a Head of Administration and Web Administrator at the Nigerian Chamber of Shipping. A position he held until 2015 when he joined Yazeed International Shipping 2015 as Head of Operations
Mr. Donatus Offorzor resigned in year 2020 to open up his business outfit DCO Fabrics (Nig) Limited
